You’ll Need:

PORK Slashes: 
  1. 2 pounds (1 kg) boneless pork slashes 
  2. 1 teaspoon onion powder 
  3. 1 teaspoon mellow paprika 
  4. Salt and pepper, to season 
SPINACH Plunge: 
  1. 6 oz (170 g) solidified spinach, defrosted 
  2. 8 oz (250 g) square cream cheddar, at room temp 
  3. 1/2 glass sun dried tomatoes stuffed in oil, depleted and cleaved 
  4. 1/4 glass destroyed mozzarella cheddar 
  5. 1/4 glass finely ground parmesan cheddar 
  6. 2 tablespoons dried Italian herbs 
  7. 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
  8. Salt to taste 

How to Make:

  1. Preheat broiler to 400 °F (200°C). 
  2. Season the two sides of every pork slash with the onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Cut a pocket into each cleave around 3/4 quarter of the path through, being mindful so as not to cut the whole distance. 
  3. To make the plunge: crush and dispose of overabundance fluid out of the spinach. In a medium-sized bowl, consolidate the spinach, cream cheddar, sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella, parmesan, herbs and garlic; blend well to join. 
  4. Fill pork 'pockets' with 1-2 tablespoons of the spinach plunge, spreading equally with the back of the spoon; seal with toothpicks........ full recipe here!
