You’ll Need:

½ container sweet potato, destroyed on huge gaps of a crate grater 

¼ container crude cashews, hacked 

1 extensive or two little ready avocados 

1/3 container cut scallions, around three scallions 

3 5-ounce jars white fish, depleted 

2 tablespoons newly pressed lime juice 

3 tablespoons jalapeño, finely minced 

1 tablespoon crisp cilantro, finely minced 

1 tablespoon crisp mint, finely minced 

Pizzazz from a large portion of a lime in addition to additional for enhancement 

1 teaspoon celery salt 

1 teaspoon Southwest flavoring *see note above

How to Make:


  1. Spot destroyed sweet potato in a microwave safe bowl with 2 tablespoons of water, spread and microwave two minutes. Channel off any outstanding water and cool sweet potatoes. 
  2. Dry toast hacked cashews in a little sauté container over medium warmth until cooked. Put aside to cool. 
  3. In a medium bowl place the meat from the avocado(s) with the scallions, fish, lime juice, jalapeno, cilantro, mint, pizzazz from a large portion of a lime, celery salt and Southwest flavoring. 
  4. Include the sweet potato and blend to consolidate. 
  5. Serve in lettuce containers finished with the hacked toasted cashews and extra lime get-up-and-go over each bit.
