You’ll Need:

2 containers Ponzu Sauce, see formula here 

2 teaspoons minced crisp garlic 

2 teaspoons minced crisp ginger 

4 expansive boneless pork hacks, something like 1-inch thick (our own were a little over a half pound each) 

1 entire lemon, cut down the middle not too far off 

1 entire orange or 2 tangerines, cut down the middle not too far off 

Vegetable oil for flame broiling 

How to Make:



  1. Blend the ponzu sauce with garlic and ginger and spot in a gallon zip lock sack alongside the four pork cleaves. Marinate medium-term yet no longer than 12 hours.
