Fixings :
  • 6-8 huge measured reddish brown potatoes stripped and cut into 1/2 to 2 inch lumps 
  • juice of one lemon 
  • ¼ to 1/3 container olive oil margarine or other oil will function too; a spread/olive oil blend is great as well 
  • ½ tsp legitimate salt 
  • ½ tsp broke dark pepper 
  • 1/2 tbsp dried herbs oregano, thyme and rosemary are great decisions 
  • 1 entire garlic globule broken into around 4 pieces discretionary 

Guidelines :
  1. Parboil the potatoes in salted water for around 3-4 minutes, never again. 
  2. In the mean time in a 375 degree F stove, heat a preparing container of adequate size to hold your potatoes without swarming them. A glass or metal container is fine, as long as it is very much warmed already. This will keep the potatoes from adhering to the skillet.
