Fixings :
- 2 mediumsized potatoes
- 2 strips bacon
- 2 cuts cheddar
- 4 teaspoonn olive oil
- 4 teaspoonn anchovy sauce
- 2 teaspoonn parmesan cheddar
- 1/2 teaspoonn minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley
- 2 sprigs rosemary
Directions :
- Cut straight down into the potatoes, holding back before carving right through.
- Microwave at 500 watts for 5 minutes.
- Consolidate olive oil, anchovy sauce, parmesan cheddar and garlic in a bowl and blend well.
