Fixings : 

  • 8 glasses chicken or vegetable stock 
  • 8 ounces shiitake mushrooms (or infant bella mushrooms), daintily cut with stems disposed of

  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger

  • 2 vast eggs, whisked 
  • 8 ounces firm tofu*, cut into 1/2-inch solid shapes 
  • 4 green onions (scallions), meagerly cut 
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil 
  • Fit salt and dark pepper (or white pepper**) 



Directions :

  1. Put aside ¼ measure of the chicken or vegetable stock for later use. 
  2. Include the rest of the 7 ¾ glasses chicken or vegetable stock, mushrooms, bamboo shoots (if utilizing), rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and bean stew garlic sauce to a vast stock pot, and mix to consolidate. Warmth over medium-high warmth until the soup achieves a stew.
